The Straumann Group managed to standardize, digitize and simplify their processes globally thanks to this project.They introduced shared cross-functional responsibility for the processes, tightening inner business alignment.As a result, they moved from fixed period forecasting to continuous rolling forecasting process, deepening the alignment between the workforce plan and overall company’s Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A).
