Todd Crandall serves as Head of the Customer Services & Delivery (CS&D) organization for
SAP Americas. In this role, he leads services teams across the region with a focus on
accelerating customer transformation through cloud, innovation, and AI. Todd is
accountable for driving customer success by ensuring organizations have the tools,
services, and expertise needed to modernize their operations, adopt intelligent
technologies, and realize measurable business value from their SAP investments.
Under Todd’s leadership, a diverse team of experts spanning project management,
consulting, support, operations, and industry specialization works as one to deliver end-to-
end business transformations. Together, they help customers harness the full power of
SAP’s cloud, data, and AI capabilities to innovate faster, operate more efficiently, and stay
competitive across more than 25 industries throughout the United States, Canada, and
Latin America.
Before joining SAP in 2016, Todd spent eight years at HCL Technologies, where he held
various leadership roles, culminating as Executive Vice President for Vertical Solutions. In
