TCS designed and delivered a dedicated infrastructure tailored for the UK Power Network (UKPN) with high-performance virtual machines with scalable architecture for large-scale workloads, enhanced security features and role-based access controls. This standard heterogenous SAP OS/DB (Operating System / Database) migration with the parallel export/import option required longer downtime window on source system. It required resizing of source DB server as a pre-requisite to optimize downtime.
