SEPE adopted a modern tool successfully implementing the SAP S/4HANA Public Sector for tax, social services, and payment processing solution based on SAP S/4HANA technology platform, natively though for this business scenario. The new platform integrates the different SEPE and other governmental solutions for having a citizen integrated 360 vision from a social services point of view. The managed data be converted into a very useful information for other public organizations.
