SAP Asset Performance Management System Access
Process Overview
Contract Signing
• SAP Contract Signed
• Customer nominates a Technical
Administrator (IT Contact) in the Contract
• SAP Customer Office notified
SAP Provisioning Activities
• Only IT Contact user is created in the systems by
SAP
• Provisioning is triggered and an email is sent
automatically to the IT Contact on Contract Start
Contract Date
Customer Activities
• IT Contact logs into the systems and
creates additional users
Only the IT Contact entered in the SAP Contract can
initiate the provisioning process!

Provisioning Checks
• The system provisioning e-mail is sent on Contract Start Date.
• The primary way of communication with the Customer is via e-mail.
• Automated provisioning takes the IT Contact (Technical Admin) from the Contract Order.
• IT Contacts should NOT be the CIO, CEO or Procurement Contact.
• The IT Contact will be the initial administrator for SAP Asset Performance Management.
• SAP provisioning e-mails are sent from no.reply.provisioning@sap.com.
• Make sure your e-mail software doesn’t block this e-mail address to avoid going to your SPAM/Junk Mail
folder.
Support
If you haven ́t received the provisioning e-mails, the login has expired, you would like to change the
recipient of the provisioning email, or for other technical support issues, please create a case via SAP for Me
using BC-NEO-CIS as the component.
