Zelestra: Creating an e-invoicing
system to comply with new Basque
tax authority requirements
Spain-based global renewables company Zelestra specializes in the development,
construction, commercialization, and operation of large-scale green-energy projects. So,
when new legislation from the Basque government required digital sales transaction
records to be provided to tax authorities, Zelestra needed an innovative e-document
management system.
As part of a large-scale ERP transformation project, Zelestra looked to Avvale to develop
a solution that would enable e-invoicing and e-reporting for each sale and integrate that
data with tax authority systems. The result was a solution that could then be used by
