As the Head of Services Sales for SAP North America, Paurav Patel is responsible for developing the SAP Services footprint,
in alignment with SAP’s cloud software adoption and revenue priorities. Working in an integrated sales model with the
regional Software Sales teams, Paurav and our Services Sales colleagues drive end-to-end customer and revenue
management within Customer Success.
Paurav is an experienced executive in the technology industry, bringing over 25 years of SAP tenure, spanning multiple
industries. Most recently as Chief Operating Officer (COO) for North America Cloud Success Services, he was responsible
for all operational facets of the NA CSS organization, including the planning, management, and execution of day-to-day
operations to deliver accelerated cloud success and exceptional customer outcomes.
Paurav finds further passion through his active involvement within the SAP Pan-Asian employee network group and his
work as executive sponsor of the SAP Midwest Ride for Veterans, supporting the Fisher House Foundation. Paurav lives
outside of Chicago, with his wife, Jadzia, and has three children. He received his Bachelor of Business Operations from
DeVry University and his Master of Business Administration from the Keller School of Management.
