Tasnee: Leveraging HR technologies
for continued innovation in
petrochemicals
The National Industrialization Company (Tasnee) was established in 1985 as the first
Saudi private sector wholly owned joint-stock industrial company. Tasnee is one of the
largest industrial and petrochemical companies in Saudi Arabia and one of the largest
global investors in the titanium value chain. The company is recognized for its vast
experience, state-of-the-art technologies, and innovation.
Tasnee is always keen to adopt and acquire the most updated technologies and
innovation. It wanted to leverage the best HR technologies that have a high level of
agility and adaptability for new market challenges. To do so required changing how it
planned for new functionalities and higher process efficiency. The company needed a
partner who could help to achieve greater business value from the technology,
implement multi-year planning that aligned with business goals, and minimize risk when
deploying new capabilities. Picture Credit | National Industrialization Company, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Used with permission.

After: Value-driven results
• Increased use of SAP Preferred Success for HXM solutions to optimize HR functions and activate
several unutilized features
• Frequent reviews of existing configuration and settings for more system utilization
• Investment in the SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics solution, with plans to make it operational by
