Infineon Technologies face a high volume of incoming emails. The main reason of these, are payment queries on invoices due to business expansion. These queries need to be manually checked and answered. The Solution: To automate the process, we designed a SAP BTP Extension that provides real time information to our suppliers regarding their invoice payment status queries. Number of incoming emails reduced allowing affected teams to focus on other high value tasks. Internal & external parties are able to check payment status as self-service and having information displayed immediately.
