Computacenter needed to migrate 1,200+ SAP Process Integration interfaces to the cloud SAP Integration Suite. Often, when organizations move to technology with easy-to-use low-code/no-code capabilities such as SAP BTP, they’re tempted to create individual flows for every solution. In our case, taking that approach would have resulted in being overwhelmed with operational demands, impacting support and user satisfaction. So, instead, we decided to create a large-scale framework for new and migration integrations, making it possible to consistently and efficiently monitor, manage, and support all solutions with a common set of rules.
