A strategic need was identified to improve the Procurement buying experience for Transport employees. Disjointed technologies, processes and functional pain points have been articulated by end users since a consolidated ERP program in 2016, and in parallel, there has been a shift in strategic focus by NSW government on procurement risk and sustainability. The end of support for the SAP Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) module added to the impetus to change. Download the Document
