However, GrainCorpdidn’t have the modern HR software that could create outstandingexperiences that attract employees. Its outdated recruiting andonboarding processes risked losing job candidates early on. Inaddition, at the time the company started thinking about transformingHR, the global talent shortage was ramping up. GrainCorp knewit needed technology that could offer a modern and seamlessemployee experience from job application throughout the lifecycle,in addition to having access to real-time data and analytics.Employees performing HR tasks throughout the employeelifecycle, from onboarding or updating their personal informationall the way to offboarding in retirement, were faced with outdated,paper-based processes. HR experts and business leaders werelimited in their ability to access data for decision-making or toempower employees. They had to use complex platforms, withno self-service functionality.
