Securitas acquired a portion of Stanley Securities in 2022 and faced an aggressive Transition Services Agreement (TSA) deadline (~11 months) to be compliant. A significant amount of data needed to be migrated for the business to be able to stand on its own, which involved a carve-out from the Stanley Black & Decker SAP instance. Securitas decided after detailed analysis with GyanSys experts to complete a system conversion from SAP ECC 6.0 to SAP S/4HANA to future-proof their SAP environment going forward and selected RISE with SAP S/4HANA as their environment.
