But challenges surfaced soon after implementation. System performance suffered
significantly – from volume to speed to quality. There were also negative impacts on
critical business processes, resource utilization, and employee satisfaction.
The company needed to address these complex system challenges to eliminate

performance, improving key processes to better utilize the software, and implementing a
