WEG delivered a solution which provides a user friendly, self-service, touch screen monitor for truck drivers to enter their information related to their orders, invoices, and equipment. Powered by SAP Intelligent Robot Process Automation (iRPA), WEG leverages existing, working investments in the back-end (e.g., SAP ECC, SAP Generic Object Services (GOS)) to organize and access invoices, purchase orders, and sales orders to reduce the time for a truck to get in and out of the terminal. The solution reduced the amount of printed invoices and a legacy system of collecting them in boxes.
