Created a Learning Academy platform to deliver on the Moments that Matter to learners, including a transformed and streamlined L&D technology ecosystem with the foundation on one Global Learning Management System platform. This meant the successful consolidation and digital transformation of multiple learning management systems into one based on a single instance of SAP SuccessFactors LMS Cloud. The implemented solution, according to SAP, is the single largest implementation of a validated SuccessFactors LMS, with 50 million records migrated (previous record was for 35 million, per SAP). Current user counts stand at 190K Learners. 285K courses were migrated, and 50+ BO reports and 30+ downstream systems were integrated.
