Searching for a more sustainable world, Stara took on the challenge of reducing the paper usage in its processes, and using technologies that already exist in its ecosystem.Paper reduction during processes and optimizing the user experience on HR processes were our goals. We developed on the BomStaraqui Portal (SAP SuccessFactors) with functionalities in which the collaborator can access, review and approve the recurring documents, thus eliminating the printing and collection of physical signatures. We also used SAP Fiori, associated with existing data in SAP ERP.
