
Zabka Polska is the owner of the fastest-growing chain of convenience stores in Poland with one of the most dynamic formats in the world, opening over 4000 new stores in the years 2016-21. As part of its responsibility strategy, Zabka has made commitments to good nutrition, services to facilitate a sustainable life, the development of entrepreneurship, diversity and inclusive organizational culture, corporate governance, and decarbonization and circular economy. They needed to drive business safety and efficiency with automation and data integration of the key commercial process: retail promotions preparation. As a result, 12 key business departments started to work in a fully synchronized way being empowered to make decisions based on the integrated and real-time updated data allowing to work in a more effective way and achieve higher business results.
