We have developed an RPA to automate the analysis of purchase orders created through SAP Ariba. Because they're decentralized purchasing, our team of procurement was not involved in the process, but was still the guardian of the governance of the process. This process was previously done in a detective way from the subsequent analysis of the order reports validating the rules defined by the procurement policy. Download the Document
