The Bottling Investments Group (BIG) is part of The Coca-Cola Company dedicated to investing in Coca-Cola bottling operations around the world, providing leadership to drive growth in critical markets and ensure long-term success. In 2005, our company-owned bottling operations were brought together to form BIG and presently, our footprint is spread across 14 countries in South & Southeast Asia and the Gulf region. In 2020, while the world was on lockdown, the People Function of BIG had a renewed commitment to fully deploy SuccessFactors internally defined core modules, namely, Employee Central, Performance and Goals Management, and Compensation Markets to all of our 15 markets. This required us to do a leapfrog of deployments from 15% in 2020 to 100%, as of January 2023. With a record-breaking 8 core modules deployment and upgrades to live markets in 2022, BIG also started the deployment of SAP SuccessFactors Workforce Analytics with a unique requirement. All 15 markets are separate legal entities with processes that have yet to be standardized. And while analytics is becoming a requirement, it will not be easy to deploy SAP SuccessFactors Workforce Analytics if there are 15 different SuccessFactors Employee Central instances. After months of standardizing our processes and creating the BIG People Data Dictionary, we were able to create an integrated People dashboard integrating all 15 EC instances as Phase 1 of our Analytics Journey. As 2023 continues, we are now finalizing our new use cases to further expand our current SAP SuccessFactors Workforce Analytics deployment.
