As CantuStore's growth and tire imports increased, the concern with reverse logistics was evident. We dedicated our development team to SAP, carrying out design thinking sessions to understand the problem and create a prototype that would tend to the business needs. It was necessary to involve all process agents (recyclers, partners, and customers) to build the app that would facilitate the tire recycling process. For 6 weeks, the project was supported by the CantuStore CEO and Board. SAP was chosen due to all of the support in the creation and development of the prototype.
