The Gobierno del Estado de Guanajuato in compliance with the administrative collaboration agreement in tax matters with the Mexican Federal Government, face the challenge to comply with the process of tax notifications of omissions in an efficient, automated, scalable way. The register of non-compliance with federal obligations in the State of Guanajuato has increased greatly in recent years, so the operation of the tax notification process was becoming more time-consuming every day, being increasingly complex to perform manually.
