During COVID-19, DXC Technology developed a POC based on SAP solutions, to support the overall wellbeing of healthcare workforce. One of the modules "SafeSpace" was a Node.JS application designed and developed to run on SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). The features and functions aid in the management of healthcare worker stress and mental health, gained through design thinking with end users and development. Prompted by the crisis in the Ukraine, and suggestion of SAP, DXC responded by pivoting the use case, engaging HR in the region to gain insight into real and complex issues being faced, then deployed it for DXC workers in Ukraine, and renamed it as "SupportSpace".
