
The goal of our solution was to collect groups of related services into customer journeys. This included a redesign of both front-end and back-end sides of the solution. On the front-end, we deployed the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) solution extensively, using our partner QV's screen building solution. On the back-end, we created a Journey object, with SAP Business Rule Framework plus (BRF+) capabilities, allowing it to later be inherited multiple times while maintaining the single solution object. The project greatly influenced the deployment of our government online services and their usage. Our first journey was for RAK Municipality - 'Manage my Land', and following its success, more journeys are following it from different departments, related to Lands, Courts and Business Development.
