Having grown through acquisition over two decades, QinetiQ inherited 16+ HR systems and different HR processes. These disparate systems were business or country-based rather than global, making it difficult to integrate processes, data and provide meaningful insights on our employees and talent. This also limited our ability to deliver good employee experiences and transform our HR operations. Through the deployment of SuccessFactors Human Experience Management Suite, QinetiQ has a global core HR system that could tie its standalone functions together and provide global visibility to its workforce. It was also important that QinetiQ HR Transformation was user centric, with a key goal to simplify and harmonise HR processes. Common data providing a single source of truth was also key to enable global reporting. The implementation covered 6,000 employees across 5 countries and 9 legal entities for all HR processes and Functions.
