Digitalization of employee admissions is a fundamental pillar of BRF's culture of excellence and innovation, as well its commitment to social and environmental stewardship. In Brazil, BRF hires around 25,000 employees annually - approximately 5% of which are immigrants, including many migrants from Haiti and Venezuela. Prior to digitalization, the process was entirely manual and decentralized at each office location around Brazil. With the use of SAP technologies, BRF was able to transform the admissions process to 100% digital and remote.
