Maturity Model: Sourcing and Procurement

The purpose of this document is to articulate SAP’s view about different stages of maturity for sourcing & procurement function of an enterprise. We have named each stage, from clerical to pioneer. Each maturity stage is then examined through the lens of personas: chief procurement officer, head of sourcing, head of accounts payable, head of operational procurement, and head of supply chain. All maturity statements are organized by the strategic priorities that we believe are important for the sourcing and procurement teams regardless of their industry or region. Download the Document
