Course Policies
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING COURSE POLICIES. THESE POLICIES APPLY ONLY TO
THE VIRTUAL LEARNING CLASSROOM (VLC) PARTICIPANTS. CONTINUATION IN THE

Time Commitment
To ensure successful completion of an academy course, you must:
• Dedicate sufficient time to complete training requirements.
• Set aside necessary time in your schedule to complete all required work.
Prerequisites
Prior to registering for this academy course, you must have successfully completed the SAP
SuccessFactors Platform Introduction Academy (THR80) course. Instructors will not cover content from
THR80 as part of this academy course. It is your responsibility to ensure you have a full, working
understanding of all features and functions covered in THR80.
If you are enrolled in the instructor-led virtual training session, an instance will be provided to you and
additional instructions will be sent prior to the start of your class
System Access
You are required to have the following:
• Access to the Learning Hub.
• Reliable high-speed internet access that allows you to attend Web-based meetings and access course
materials.
• A phone for audio in web-based meetings.
• Training Landscape, including instances and Provisioning accounts. These will be temporarily assigned and
are for use only while enrolled in SAP SuccessFactors courses during the actual course dates. Extensions for
access to training systems will not be granted
Course Assistance
• Instructors are only able to assist you while you are enrolled in the scheduled virtual classroom event
during the scheduled dates and Monday – Friday.
• Instructors provide assistance in English, except when the course is designated as being taught in another
language.
• You must complete coursework in English, except when the course is designated as being taught in another
language.
• All materials are in English, unless otherwise noted.
• Instructors are only available during the designated class times. Instructors will inform you of the specific
hours during the check-in meeting on the first day of class.
• Instructor involvement and peer collaboration will occur via the designated SAP Jam Learning Room/group.
• You will receive information about post-training support which you should utilize upon completion of the
course.
Course Completion
You must pass the final test to complete the course. You will have unlimited attempts to pass the test with a
score of 80% or higher. The course content is locked while the test is in progress
