Woodside Bible Church: An Uplifting Approach to Employee Engagement, Management and Leadership

Woodside started out in 1955 as the first evangelical church in Troy, Michigan. Today, Woodside has more than 10,000 attenders and approximately 240 employees. After many years without a modern HR system, Woodside took action to strengthen their role as an employer in addition to myriad ways the church helps local communities. Download the Document
