Running an SAP NetWeaver Application Server on DB2 for LUW with the IBM DB2 Encryption Technology

DB2 for LUW Version 10.5 FP5 adds native database encryption support to the DB2 database server through the IBM DB2 Encryption Technology. In this paper, we briefly describe how to enable IBM DB2 Encryption Technology on SAP systems and how to perform administrative tasks like database backup and restore in this environment.
