Customers can benefit from fast access to machine-translated support content in SAP ONE Support Launchpad and gain the ability to interact with the Product Support group in their preferred language – at the click of a button.

Automatic translations, based on neural machine translation and artificial intelligence (AI) provided by SAP, are available in live support channels for the Expert Chat service and within incidents in SAP ONE Support Launchpad, as well as for the SAP Notes and SAP Knowledge Base Article services. Since April 2021, customers have also been able to provide feedback more quickly and easily on machine translation for SAP Notes and SAP Knowledge Base Articles thanks to the integration with Experience Management solutions from SAP and Qualtrics.

SAP’s machine translation is a language translation service powered by the SAP Translation Hub application to help customers solve their issues faster and more efficiently.
