Delivering Long-term Sustainable Impact
To commemorate 10 years of the SAP Social Sabbatical, we partnered with 60 Decibels, an impact measurement social enterprise to evaluate the social impact and business value delivered by the program. The impact data below is collected directly from our employee participants, client partners, as well as their beneficiaries.
SAP Social Sabbatical Program empowered me. This program made me step outside of my comfort zone and helped me realize all the things that I’m capable of. In some way, I consider that this program gave me the confidence to aim for more and obtain the leadership role that I nowadays have.
