General Questions

You can use the SAP Fiori Design Community to ask design questions and post your design ideas.

If you are completely new to design, we suggest contacting the UX lead in your team or a UX coach first. UX coaches host weekly help desk sessions to answer basic design-related questions. Visit the UX coaching Jam group to find out more.

UX Consultation Hours

If your questions can’t be easily answered in the SAP Fiori Design Community, you’ll receive an invitation to a UX consultation.

UX consultations are meant to deepen your knowledge about the guidelines and address specific questions that you may have relating to your SAP Fiori app. For example, if you need further guidance on how best to implement certain concepts, patterns, and controls, a consultation will help to clarify these issues. These consultations are led by SAP Fiori UX specialists from Global Design.

Please note: These consultations are only for official SAP Fiori apps that follow the design-led development process. The goal of the consultation is not to conduct an overall review of your app or a pre-D-gate check.

Post your design problems in the SAP Fiori Design Community Jam group and you will receive an invitation to a UX consultation if your problem cannot be solved quickly and easily.
