What’s New in the SAP Design System Portal?
New location for the version switcher
You'll now find the version switcher in the left navigation panel, above the main menu.
New location for the top menu navigation
You can now use the Sections menu on the top right of the page to explore and navigate to other sections of the SAP Design System portal, such as SAP Fiori for iOS and SAP Fiori for Android. [internal_only] This is where you'll also find the new content for AI (compositional design system, engagement layer) and product-specific design guidelines.[/internal_only]
New global search on the SAP Design System home page
You can now search across all sections of the SAP Design System portal from the search field at the top of the home page.

Automatic logon for internal users
If you're an internal SAP user working in an SAP environment, you'll now be logged on automatically whenever you open the SAP Design System portal. This ensures that you'll always see the full internal-facing content.
Currently, the automatic logon doesn't work when following a link to an internal page. We are working on this.
For now, please open the SAP Design System portal before following internal portal links.

FAQs
Check the appearance of the avatar on the top right of the screen.
If you are logged on as an employee or approved vendor, you'll see your initials.
If you are not logged on, you'll see the placeholder avatar :icon-employee .
The SAP Fiori Design Guidelines are now the all-encompassing SAP Design System Guidelines. All the content you use and rely upon can be found in the new experience, either via the homepage (direct links right to web, mobile, digital specific guidelines), or the side bar navigation within the system guidelines.
The old URLs (experience.sap.com/internal/fiori-design and experience.sap.com/fiori-design) redirect to the new portal site (sap.com/design-system).
The SAP Fiori Design Guidelines are now the all-encompassing SAP Design System Guidelines. All the content you use and rely upon can be found in the new experience, either via the homepage (direct links right to web, mobile, digital specific guidelines), or the side bar navigation within the system guidelines. You can also toggle between web, mobile, and digital design using the top menu navigation.
The old URL (experience.sap.com/fiori-design) will stay live for a transitional period, before being deprecated and re-directing to the new portal site (sap.com/design-system).
