Intro
This Content Design Toolkit is intended for WalkMe content creators (Content Designers, Builders, User Assistance Developers).
- Important: This toolkit is a work in progress and a living document. If you have questions about any of the guidelines or want to suggest new guidelines or tips, reach out to John Dowden or another member of the WCAP Content Design team.
- This guide should be used in conjunction with the First Use and Nurturing Framework Figma.
Purpose of this Toolkit and Style Guide
As part of SAP’s suite-first strategy, it’s important that all WalkMe flows feel like they are coming from the same product, with consistent grammar, voice, and tone. To that end, we’ve put together this content toolkit and style guide.
While some of the principles and guidelines might differ from one or more of the existing SAP style guides, we have aligned as closely as possible with the SAP Fiori guidelines.
In the places where we have deviated, it is to serve the user onboarding and learning journey.
