Keep an eye on this page. We’ll be adding more examples for you to leverage.

Try-again steps
There are times in Guide Me tours when the user must select an entry from a list, but the item they select doesn’t meet the requirements to complete the next step of the tour. In these scenarios, you need to build a split to explain to the user what happened and loop the user back to the previous step.
Example:
In a Guide Me tour for reversing journal entries, the list might not be filtered for “reversible” entries. So, the use might select an entry that either can’t be reversed or has already been reversed. In this situation, create split steps to handle this flow.
More Text Boilerplate
This section captures examples of ways to say things that map to our voice and tone guidelines.
Saving things
- Instead of: “Click the green button in the upper-right corner” or “Select Save”
- Use: “Save your changes.”
Searching for things
Instead of: “Use the search bar to find products” or “Enter the name or keyword in the search bar”
Show me version
- Use: “Find products you love in seconds.”
Guide me version
- Use: Automatically populate the search field with what you want the user to type and then just instruct them to do the search.
