Intro
The AI notice is accessible from the overflow menu in the panel header. It contains a legal disclaimer with a link to Joule data protection and privacy information.

Usage
Do
- Include a link to the Joule Data Protection and Privacy page.
- Include a button for the user to return to the conversation.
- Make the AI notice accessible to the user at any time while interacting with Joule.
Don't
Don’t modify the copy or link without the legal team’s approval.
Anatomy
A. Header
The panel header carries the name (Joule) and the “Close” icon.
B. Title
The title should read “AI Notice”.
C. Content
- “Powered by SAP Business AI, for more information visit”
The AI message lets the user know that the information provided is supported by SAP and read as above. - “Joule Data Protection and Privacy”
“Joule Data Protection and Privacy” is a link that directs the user to more information about SAP’s legal disclaimer.
D. Button
The “Back to Conversation” button allows the user to return to the Joule conversation.

Behavior and Interaction
When users tap on the overflow menu, they can access the AI notice.
When they tap on the “Back to Conversation” button, they return to the Joule panel.

The AI notice is adaptive based on screen size and device.

Variations
The AI notice has two variations, full–size and medium size. The user can swipe the full-size AI notice panel down to access the medium-size AI notice.
