Intro
The loading chat bubble acts as a busy indicator that lets the user know a Joule message is about to come in.

Usage
Do
- Use a loading chat bubble for Joule processing responses.
- Use it to indicate an unspecified wait time if an operation takes more than 10 seconds.
- Use it when progress isn’t visible or when it’s not necessary to indicate how long an activity will take.
Don't
- Don’t use a loading chat bubble for user responses.
- Don’t use it if the operation takes less than 10 seconds.
- Don’t use it to indicate that a response or card is loading.
Anatomy
The loading chat bubble consists of the busy icon, which are animated dots that indicate the Joule response to the user.
