The Inline Help is an established component that appears in different contexts. There are multiple variants of the Inline Help on the different products within CX.

Overview
Emarsys
Emarsys uses an inline helper link and a tooltip helper.
The inline helper link opens a related documentation page in a new browser window, while the tooltip helper displays a popover with additional information. Since the functionalities of the two components differ, each component uses a different icon.

Commerce
The Inline help in Commerce is used to provide additional information or help for a UI element, mostly a label of an input field. It is triggered by the ‘sys-help’ icon in blue (link color) next to the label.
In the future they will use SAP Companion to annotate hints in their UIs. For solutions without SAP Companion, they will continue use the inline help component.
