Authoring Process

When the service is released to customers, please provide an initial release note in the core topics (loioa4455db194e74f2cac3ff1bc09059315 or loiob742a8f8f4694e358d40172e346824bd) to inform our customers that the service is already available. See New Component Added. Any release notes after the initial service release should be included in the dedicated What's New topic.

For the What's New topic in the service guide, use the existing template for a What's New topic in SAP BTP.

Create this topic according to the guidelines and include it as second topic into your service guide. If your topic includes customer release notes for public and private cloud, see Tasks for the Authors → Creating Release Notes for Public and Private Cloud.
