How can I add my service to the support components table? How can I update the content?
You do not have to manually add your service to the support components table, but you have to make sure that your service has a tile in the service marketplace of the SAP BTP cockpit, and that the metadata file of the service has been correctly prepared. The service metadata must be part of the CIS metadata project.
Once the metadata of your service tile becomes available on Factory, your service will automatically be included in the table and visible to external stakeholders after the next publication of the SAP Business Technology Platform documentation.

Content Creation Process
- The service metadata in the table is automatically downloaded from Git, built in the CMS, and uploaded to the Help Portal:
- The XML template with the service table is updated after every metadata download.
- With every new build of the SAP Business Technology Platform documentation, the table is pulled into the topic loio08d1103928fb42f3a73b3f425e00e13c and uploaded to the Help Portal.
- Our Doc Leads republish the documentation, including the Support Components table every two weeks based on the SAP BTP Neo timelines.
