Overview

The prefilling of content allows for easy and fast creation of an item by auto-filling the necessary default parameters.

Prefilling of content can be used when two modes, basic and advanced, are needed and when the content is prefilled based on a selection of previously available data.

Basic and Advanced Mode

When the user creates an item, there are two views for creation - basic and advanced mode.

The default mode is basic and prefilling of content is used. If the user needs to make corrections or to customize the item, the advanced mode allows them to do it.

Prefilling Based on a Selection

To create an item, the system prefills the content based on a selection.

Prefilling Based on Available Data

When the user is creating an item, the system prefills the content based on previously available data. The content can be editable or display-only depending on the use case.
