Get a clear view of all the events of interest for each third party
A cockpit for any internal or external third party is used to display all the events of interest in a ticket model. Every ticket reports all the new or changed information where the operator can easily paste and copy them into its own third-party procedure.
Ticket notification through the tool but also via mail
Notifications can be managed via the dashboard or direct mail. Third parties must simply click on the email button in order to either take them or reject them.
