Features
Consistent outbound delivery
When releasing an outbound delivery, the VAT ID is automatically checked. If the VAT ID is not valid, an error message is displayed and the release is cancelled.
Validation of third-party delivery notes
As soon as a third-party delivery notification is entered into the system by the supplier, the VAT ID is automatically validated when it is released. If the VAT ID is not valid, the third-party delivery note cannot be released, and an error message will be shown to the user.
Realtime validation
The validation of the VAT registration number is always done in real time with the online VAT Information Exchange System (VIES) of the European Commission.
