The conference takes place at the IFEMA Madrid, Av. del Partenón, 5, Barajas, 28042 Madrid, Spain (North Entrance), May 19–21, 2026.

Hotel booking
We have secured special discounted hotel room rates at a variety of hotels. You must be a registered attendee before you can make a hotel reservation at one of these properties. You can review the housing policy within the terms and conditions for more information about booking and cancelation details.

Transportation between the airport and hotels
We recommend using a standard taxi or metro service from the airport to your hotel. Adolfo Suárez Madrid–Barajas Airport (MAD) is nine minutes from IFEMA Madrid.
Free public transportation ticket
We encourage guests to use public transportation between hotels and the event. Customers, sponsors, and partners can pick up a Metro card at badge collection. The card gives you free access to city-wide public transportation May 19–21, 2026. To get your card, access your account and update your registration.
There will be no bus shuttles between conference hotels and IFEMA.
Transportation for Celebration Night will be provided.
Parking
We recommend parking in the Red/Brown lot located behind Hall 10. More than 1,900 slots are available.
Electric cars can be parked and charged, at a cost, in the Iberdrola charging stations located in the Yellow lot at the southern end of the venue.
Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis, including disabled parking.

International attendee
To get an invitation letter as part of your visa application, you can request one during the registration process. Once you have registered and paid, the invitation letter will be sent to you via email in PDF format. If you’re already registered, you can re-access your registration, complete the visa information section, and request your letter.
