    • Initial system configuration completed, including SSO / Identity Management.
    • SAP standard and customer content made available/enabled across SAP solutions, ready for customization and translation as required.
    • Customer SPOC onboarded.

    • One time
  • Prerequisites:

    • Customer has a valid cloud subscription for the following:
      • SAP Enable Now, cloud edition Cloud Service is provisioned.
    • Customer provides access to the productive tenant of SAP Enable Now, cloud edition and to the following tiered system landscape of up to 5 officially supported SAP public cloud solutions: Development System, Test System or Production System.
    • Customer single point of contact shall be available for 4 continuous weeks from Service kick-off.
