Web service-based certified SAP interface to Manufacturing Execution System
The AddOn is an interface to a Manufacturing Execution System (MES). The integrated functionality transmits all required information from master data and production planning to the MES as well as take over all relevant information back to SAP Production Planning automatically. The interface is web service-based and can be configured according your individual requirements.

Reduce efforts for data maintenance
Transmit all required information from master data and production planning to the MES and send relevant information back to SAP Production Planning using the integrated functionality.
Avoid data entry errors by manual double data entry
Allows you an efficient integration of external MES processes with SAP ERP. That means that you avoid data maintenance errors by manual double data entry in the subsystem. Your shop floor workers only need to enter data in their used MES environment and don´t need be trained working in the ERP system.
Control the interface indivually
Setup the interface by configuring various parameters. Additionally enhancements by provided enhancement point/sections in the "add-on" are available that you may use to adopt the logic according to your specific needs without modification so that upgrade ability is kept for future functional enhancements of the provided "add-on".

Transfer your production schedule out of SAP Production Planning to MES based on production order data. That includes relevant quantities, dates, relevant operations, component reservations, packing instructions, batch information and user fields
Integrate employee master data from SAP HCM into your MES solution
Transfer your employee master data based on SAP HR master data into MES for time tracking purposes. That includes basically employee number, name and cost center.
