Independent of the storage medium - e.g., local hard disk / RAID system, NAS via network shares, TrueWORM, Software-WORM, etc. Encrypted transport paths between SAP and archive are possible by means of an optional crypto technique. Even hard disks can become worm-able media.

The biz²ArchiveServer fully uses the SAP logic, for example, user management and authorizations. The full security management, as well as authorization functions for the access and processing of the information, are centrally regulated through SAP.
