A learning culture is one where employees are encouraged to grow personally and professionally, and have easy access to tools, programs, and training that helps them develop, share, and apply new knowledge and skills.

In addition to closing skill gaps, a learning culture actively promotes curiosity and growth, with the end goals of short and long-term organizational and personal success.

Why is ongoing learning so critical now?
