Create demand based schedule
The system can automatically create the optimal schedule for a given period based on resource demand and availability, and gives managers and admins the ability to adjust it to allow for copying, swapping, and replacing the shifts. It allows users to set on-call employees for emergency replacements.
Realtime visibility of the schedules
This feature allows managers and admins to have a real-time view of schedules and the ability to filter by shift, department, location, and role. It also includes a download feature that can create an Excel output of the schedule assignment for any given period
Customer managers can use workbench for mass action
The mass action workbench facilitates bulk actions in the UI by managers and admins regarding attendance regularization, attendance exceptions, overtime approvals, and shift allowances, and can update timesheets and time off in real time.
